Avocado pudding

I know it sounds weird, gross, etc. but it is really quite good. When you put a ripe avocado in the blender it becomes very smooth and when you add carob or chocolate and a sweetener (ripe banana, agave nectar, honey, or dates), and chill it, it satisfies the craving for a sweet creamy dessert. I dare you to try it. Let me know what you think.

I usually have one avocado with a tablespoon of carob and 1 really ripe banana or 5 dates.
